Will look through your IA slides again. I blame it on the lack of caffeine boost for nearly falling asleep. I actually remember your Amazon example quite well (in spite of my decaffeinated state) and how they drive purchases with their recommendations and one-click purchase button, so IA is quite clearly more interesting than I thought.

Kudos to yet another interesting preso (so far sat through three with varying content and styles) – looking forward to the next one!
